Luxury Apartment and Surprising Services: It's a place when you experience the luxury. Perfectly clean, very quiet, everything is perfect. Every detail is arranged to make you feel special. I was impressed and surprised, especially, when I called to announce that I will be late and the owner recognized my telephone number.

There was nothing to dislike.

We got incredible value for our money with this hotel. The room was absolutely amazing, so luxurious and clean. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the main square. The staff, especially Alex, were so friendly and helpful. They really made our stay memorable.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

This hotel is located on a quiet street close down the street to the Old Town square and the castle, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with all the necessary technology, make for a comfortable stay. The friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to assist with arranging airport transportation, tours, and surprising guests with little gifts. The apartments have all the convenience of a home, including a kitchen and washing machine.

One minor inconvenience is needing to contact staff upon arrival, as there is no reception desk.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious penthouse with a well-appointed kitchen and beautiful balcony for enjoying coffee and sunsets. Hosts were fantastic, friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. The shower was amazing and the free on-site parking was a definite bonus.

The view of the castle from our balcony was great, and the beds were very comfy. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Mondrian Luxury Suites & Apartments Krakow Old Town.
